Drilling jig for fitting locks and latches – doors
A professional aluminium jig for positioning and precise drilling when fitting locks and latches to doors. It clamps quickly onto the door leaf, adjusts to the door thickness and centres the operations automatically, so the lock mortise and the lock holes come out perfectly aligned every time.
Machined aluminium construction with guides and interchangeable templates for the rectangular lock mortise ensures repeatability on series installations and eliminates manual marking-out errors. Clamping knobs allow a firm hold and quick removal, with no extra tools.
Adjustable to the door thickness (up to approx. 45 mm), easy to carry and use directly on site – ideal for joiners, door installers and hardware service teams.
